Full payment (or authorized COD) is required before dispatch. 

Order confirmation does not signify acceptance if errors are later identified. 

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. 

Risk of loss passes to you once products are handed to the carrier.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, defect-free content, or product suitability beyond those required by law. 

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire Cart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Platform or products. 

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
